Work, Work, Work!

Work is going well...But I am there most of the time. I never would have thought it would be so involved. Like I said before...If it were easy...Everyone would do it! We are up about 35% so far. I have added 8 new accounts. That makes 21 active. The flow of work is going so much better. Our spoilage rate of goods has been cut by about 50%. All of this I was able to see with the first of the year evaluation. Its tough to see when your in the trenches! My job is to concentrate on the negative! This is good thing from a management standpoint...But sucks from an emotional standpoint! Some days I leave work and question WHY??!! Then I get home and think of how far we have come. Its worth it! I have a great group of employees. I hope by the summer I will be able to bring in one more person. Then the next step will be move to a larger building. This could happen very easily within this year. That only means no rest!
I have to share a picture of Christian and his Christmas present. His mother and I went in together to get him a dirt bike. He calls me daily about it. He called yesterday to tell me he was making a system of trails to ride on. He is growing so much.
