Has it been 3 months?!!
Well...where could I start....We signed the lease July 1st. The building was an old machine shop that had been sitting for 2 years. What a lot of work it needed. I had a little experience from rebuilding after Katrina....but this was not really any different. I had a deadline of Sept. 7th. 7 days a week and sometimes 15 hours a day! We made it! It was worth it!!!! The lab looks great! Keep in mind we went from a tiny 956 square foot Florida style house, to a 3080 square foot manufacturing facility. The average temp in the old place was 86 degrees....we are now running a consistent 74! That alone was worth a lot of work. The pics will tell the rest!
